At Artistica Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new artwork doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to maintain the integrity of the fine art materials.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our gallery support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the artwork in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Artwork

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned piece to confirm its original condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
